Shipping policy

All SunnyTents are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We ship on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Processing and shipping times may increase during promotional/seasonal periods due to high order volumes. If a product is temporarily out of stock, the extended delivery time will be clearly indicated on the product page or you'll be contacted as soon as possible.

We aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that since all orders ship from the Netherlands, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Carrier & Tracking

All US orders are shipped via FedEx. Once your order has been picked up, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your shipment. If you have not received this email, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery to Other States / Territories

We ship to all US states. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible — preferably by phone — so we can process the cancellation before your order is shipped.
