RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you may return it by the terms set out below.


Right to Cancel 

If you have purchased through our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 30 calendar days from the day after you received the product. This is your statutory “cooling-off period”.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us in writing (e.g. email) within this period.

 

Return Conditions

You then have another 14 days to return the product after notifying us.

Returned items must:

  • Be complete, undamaged, clean, and dry
  • Include all original components, manuals, and accessories
  • Packed in the original packaging without any damage (sealed with transparent tape is required)

Please note: Products returned in a used, incomplete, damaged, or unsellable condition may be rejected or be subject to a deduction in the refund.

 

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@sunnytent.com to receive a Return Form and further instructions.

Returns on own initiative, without contact, won't be accepted. After filling out the return form, you'll receive a return label.

Note: Return shipping costs and applicable import duties or customs fees will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Customs Duties & Import Fees

For returns from the USA and Canada:

All customs duties, brokerage fees, and import taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

SunnyTent is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures or inspections.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt, your return will be inspected by our team. Provided the product is returned in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are not refunded

  • Refunds may be reduced if the product shows signs of use beyond what is permitted

You will be notified once your return is approved and processed.

 

Decuctions for Damage or Incomplete Returns

We may apply a deduction from your refund if the item:

  • Is dirty or wet
  • Shows visible damage
  • Is missing parts or packaging
  • Was used or beyond inspection purposes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in a resaleable condition.

 

Exceptions & Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@sunnytent.com so we can arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
