Guidelines for sending photos

To ensure that we can help you as efficiently as possible with your question or complaint, we would like to ask you to send the following photos of your SunnyTent.

• Photos of the two sides (see example 1)
• Detailed photos of all hinge anchors (see example 2)

When taking photos, note the following aspects

• The photos of the sides must show the entire closed SunnyTent and the hinge anchors must be clearly visible (see example 1).
• Ensure that the photos are no larger than 2 MB, to ensure that they can be sent via e-mail.
• Add some extra detailed photos if you have a question or complaint about a specific part.
