Tips for a summer garden party!
Summer has finally arrived! We can enjoy the beautiful weather and the long summer evenings again. Time for a party! Invite your friends and family to a garden party. With our tips it will certainly be a successful day!
The preparation
Set a date. Send out some nice invitations to your friends and family so that they are there! Also let your neighbours know that you are having a party, so they know to expect a late night in the neighbourhood. Better still, why not invite them! And in these times, make sure to follow the guidelines regarding coronavirus.
Decorate your garden
Mow the grass and remove the weeds so that your garden looks its best. Do you have a party tent? Set it up in case it rains. Hang up some nice streamers and decorate your garden chairs and bench (s) with colourful, cheerful cushions. Create a relaxed feeling by putting down some picnic blankets with nice pillows on it! Also get some colourful cups, cutlery and napkins for a tropical feel.
Provide enough cooling
Of course you also want to be able to swim to create a real holiday feeling. Even when it is a little cooler outside, you can enjoy your swimming pool with the SunnyTent. This ensures warm and clean water, from spring to autumn. You are also out of the wind.
Bites & nibbles
Prepare small snacks in advance. Skewer different pieces of fruit or cut different vegetables into strips and serve them with a dip. Or for something more substantial, fire up the BBQ! Or have a food truck come by, so you don’t have to worry about grocery shopping.
Check if your guests are vegetarian or have food allergies. Have something for everyone!
Drinks
A garden party is of course not complete without tasty drinks. Get inspiration online or come up with your own creation! To give you a kick start, here is the recipe for the SunnyCocktail:
